Tumbledry has live laundry services wherein you can come and see your clothes being washed. At our live store, we provide wash & fold, wash & steam iron, and steam iron services. Dry cleaning is done in our backed processing plant. To avail the services, you can call us on +917677250250 or +919920506305, or drop a pickup request on our website. Our pickup & delivery services are free. You can also walk-in to the store & drop your clothes anytime between 8 am to 8 pm (we are open all 7 days). Our delivery TAT is 24-48 hours for wash & fold, and wash & steam iron, and it is 96-120 hours (4-5 days) for dry cleaning.

Tumbledry is founded with aim to revolutionize the way the laundry is done. We aim to provide you world class laundry services at your convenience. We use hi tech machinery imported from USA and global standard detergents/emulsifiers/softeners from Diversey. We provide free doorstep pick-up and delivery. We have professionally trained manpower who are qualified to handle different type of fabrics and stains. We steam iron the clothes which has negligible chances of damaging the clothes, unlike coal-based ironing.

In wash & steam iron service, clothes are washed, tumble dried, steam ironed, folded & packed in premium packaging. Steam iron gives a wrinkle free cloth, and unlike coal based heavy iron it doesn’t cause unaesthetic white shine to clothes.

In wash & fold service, clothes are washed, tumble dried, folded & packed in premium packaging. No steam iron is done in this service.

Clothes which are recommended for dry cleaning shall not be wet washed, and only be dry cleaned.

Yes, we handle all type of spots and stains.

We have turnaround time of 24-48 hours for Wash and steam iron services; however, we have an express service also in which we will deliver clothes within 6 hours of order creation but the charges for same is different from normal rates.

We deliver the clothes given for dry cleaning within 4 days of order creation.

Yes, we provide free doorstep pick-up and delivery services from 8 am to 8 pm and chargeable pickup and drop services before 8 am and 8 pm.

Yes, you can drop your clothes to our nearest store. We will update you once they are ready, and you can pick them up between 8 AM to 8 PM.

We are open from 8 AM to 8 PM on all 7 days of the week.

Our executive shall call you before pick up/delivery. In case you are not available during the pickup/delivery window you had selected, please communicate the same, along with the revised timing, to our executive.

Just keep the clothes ready. Our executive will reach your place, count & weigh the clothes in-front of you and handover the collection receipt.

Yes, please separate the laundry & dry-cleaning clothes before handing the same to our executive.

Please share special instructions, if any, with our executive at the time of pick up and we shall take care of them during our process.

Please pay at the time of delivery. Please insist for invoice (softcopy/hardcopy) for each order.

You can pay by credit/debit card, Paytm, cash or by net banking. We recommend you pay online rather than cash to avoid cases of right change notes not available with our executive. Our executive will be carrying the payment machine at the time of delivery at your doorstep.

All the colored clothes are subjected to a color bleeding test before being put in our machines for washing. Those clothes which bleed color are hand washed and tumble dried and are not mixed with the clothes which do not bleed color at any stage during the process.

We follow a rigorous process to ensure each cloth is given a customized treatment at our store so that it’s washed properly without limiting its life. Also, our staff is extensively trained on the process to take good care of your garments. Still, you are always welcome to walk-in to our nearest store and witness live our complete process of laundry.

Sir we are using machinery of world’s no. 1 company i.e. Alliance and have well trained and experience staff hence there is negligible chance of damage in clothes while washing.

We, at Tumbledry, can remove most spots & stains using globally renowned chemicals. However, very old or strong stains may not get completely removed in one wash and may require multiple wash cycles to get removed without damaging the clothes.
